Service Availability

SEO & Digital Marketing

Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and third-party platform algorithm changes.

Web Design & Development

Ownership of deliverables transfers upon full payment as outlined in the service agreement.

Branding & Design

Creative work is subject to agreed revision rounds. Unlimited revisions are not included unless specified.

Content Marketing

All content created by Rafenthic remains our property until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software — is the property of Rafenthic IT Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website Content

Client Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for deliverables created specifically for you (such as logos, website design, or written content) will transfer to you, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Work-in-progress materials remain the property of Rafenthic until payment is settled.

Payments & Refunds

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms for each project or retainer are set out in the relevant service agreement or proposal.
  • We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in agreed instalments.
  • Invoices are due within the payment period stated. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding amount is settled.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as agreed between both parties.

Refund Policy

As our services involve significant time and resource investment, we operate on the following refund policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative costs incurred.
  • Completed work or delivered milestones are non-refundable.
  • Disputes regarding the quality of work should be raised within 14 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve any legitimate concerns through revisions or other remedies as appropriate.

  • These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in that agreement. In general:

  • Either party may terminate a project with written notice (typically 30 days), subject to payment for all work completed to date.
  • Rafenthic reserves the right to terminate any service engagement immediately if a client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in abusive or unlawful behaviour.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.
  • Rafenthic will provide all completed work deliverables upon receipt of full payment.

Termination of a service agreement does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage both parties to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Pakistan.
